(KPL) The Research and Training Institute of the National Radio and Television Administration of China has funded a 10-day training course on Covering Media Exchange Civilizations for media reporters from Laos, Uzbekistan, Lebanon, Uruguay and Ethiopia.

The course, held at the Research and Training Institute of the National Radio and Television Administration in Beijing, China was conducted by experts from various sectors.

The training course aims to enhance the knowledge of reporting for media practitioners from developing countries and exchange lessons and professional experiences among fellow participants. 

The participants will also have a chance to visit China Global Television network, broadcasters and media houses in Beijing as well as media enterprises and industrial parks. 

 “This training will enhance professional skills of media practitioners from developing countries and enrich their knowledge of the socio-economic development in China,” said Ms Liu Ying.

The Research and Training Institute of the National Radio and Television Administration is an institution affiliated to the National Radio and TV Administration of China, which undertakes important tasks of training core cadres in the Chinese radio and television industry, according to Ms Liu Ying, Deputy Director of the Research and Training Institute of the National Radio and Television Administration of China.
