The HEC Liege EMBA programme with the aid of its fully international faculty from the US, Canada, Switzerland, Belgium, and Taiwan, is able to benefit its students with various teaching styles from different cultures, increasing the readiness of the programme’s candidates to be internationally mobile, a quality much sought after in high-level executives in Myanmar.
In the final portion of the workshop, Mr Robert Shaw, chief technology officer of mobile financial services company Wave Money, shared his experience of project management.
In 2018 Wave Money moved more than K2 trillion (US$1.3 billion in remittance volume, equivalent to nearly 2 percent of Myanmar’s GDP). He said they also applied same technical tools that Dr. Chen had used during the workshop and found it incredibly useful.
This project management workshop was a part of the module from HEC Liege EMBA programme. It is designed to be useful for all level of managements.
